The following items are accepted in our roll-off dumpsters:
CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION:
- DRYWALL AND PLASTER
- WOOD AND LUMBER
- FLOORING MATERIALS
- ROOFING MATERIALS
- SIDING MATERIALS
- FIXTURES AND CABINETS
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
- FURNITURE (WOOD, CLOTH, METAL)
- CARPETING, FLOORING, TILE
- WINDOWS
- DOORS
- JUNK
MATTRESSES, BOX SPRINGS, SOFA SLEEPERS
These are permitted but charged an additional $100.00 per item. When calling or emailing that you’re done, please notify dispatcher the number of mattresses, box springs and sofa sleepers in the dumpster and your credit card will be charged for the additional items at that time. If you fail to notify us of these items and we dump at a higher cost disposal site, you will be charged the rate of that facility which could be up to $140 per item.
The following items are not accepted in our roll-off dumpsters:
- TIRES
- YARD WASTE
- DIRT/SAND
- CONCRETE/STONE/ASPHALT
- ELECTRONICS
- FREON
- HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR CHEMICALS
- OIL PAINT
Weight Limits and Loading Guidelines
Weight Limits by Size
- 10 Yard: 2 tons included
- 20 Yard: 2 tons included
- 30 Yard: 3 tons included
Dried Paint can be toxic, oil paint must be disposed
of at a recycling center, while latex-paint can be made safe by mixing it with cat litter, allow to dry, replace lid & you can put into the dumpster.
