This is the smallest dumpster measuring 12 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 3.5 ft. high. A 10 yard dumpster may be appropriate for a bathroom remodel project, a single room clean out, small deck removals. This dumpster is a one week rental. The 10 yard dumpster is not offered in all of our towns.

30 CUBIC YARD ROLL OFF DUMPSTER
This is the largest dumpster measuring 24 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 6 ft. high. �This may be the size dumpster needed for a home clean out of a hoarder or long time in residence. �Foreclosure clean outs generally require a 30 yard dumpster as well. �If you are removing siding and windows from your house the 30 yard dumpster may be needed. �This dumpster is a one week rental.
